Team Bio

WestCoast Welcome is made up of 3 eager and smiling MBA candidates at the University of Victoria in British Columbia. Sergio hails from Medellin, Colombia, with a background in administrative engineering. Rachelle, a long-time resident of Victoria, originally from Nova Scotia, has a background in anthropology, writing and marketing. Annie comes from New Brunswick and Jasper, Alberta, with a background in geography, tourism and food service.

Team Philosophy

Creative. Dynamic. Fun. Energetic. As a team, we strive to align the above ideals with ongoing learning and success. We continually push ourselves and each other to excel in our strengths and practice patiently in our not-so-strong areas of study. We maintain a sense of humour and share perspectives on focusing on the things that really matter.
