Submission of a Team Profile is optional. By the submission of a Team Profile, all Team Members agree to these Terms. The Team Member submitting the Team Profile on behalf of the Team certifies that he/she has consent of the other Team Members to submit their personal information as part of the Team Profile. All Team Members consent to the submission by themselves or another Team Member and collection and publication to the website by Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC") of additional information about the Team and Team Members referred to as the “Team Profile”, which includes such information as the Team Bio, the Team Philosophy, the Team’s favourite innovation and a Team Photo.

The Team Profile will be reviewed by RBC prior to publication to the website. The Team Profile may not contain any nudity or sexually explicit, discriminatory, disparaging, libellous or other inappropriate content. Any unacceptable Team Profile content will not be published. Team Profiles that are published to the website will be available for viewing by the public and will be searchable by School and/ or Team Name. As such, confidential information should not be included in the Team Profile.

All Team Members agree to grant RBC and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries permission to use the submitted content in connection with its businesses including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, edit and reformat the submitted content. The Team Member submitting the Team Profile and all Team Members agree to be responsible for content of the Team Profile and release RBC from any liability related to the content of or any use by anyone of the Team Profile. RBC is not responsible or liable for the content in any way, including being liable for any losses or damages arising from any errors or omissions in the Team Profile, or any action or decision made by anyone in reliance on the Team Profile.

RBC reserves the right to discontinue the publication of Team Profiles at any time without notice and without limitation. These Terms may be changed at any time without notice by updating this posting and all Team Members agree to be bound by such updates. Accordingly, these Terms should be reviewed on a regular basis. These Terms shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and any legal action concerning these Terms must be brought in the courts in the Province of Ontario.
